Privacy notice

What we collect

• Quote requests. Your name, phone number or email, the service you pick, and anything you write in the details box (often an address). If you reached us from an ad, the campaign tags in that link (UTM tags and Meta’s click ID) are sent along with it.
• Form drafts. While you type, the quote form keeps a draft in your browser so a closed tab doesn’t lose it. It stays on your device and is cleared once your request is sent.
• Calculators. What you enter in the price calculators stays in your browser. It is not sent to us unless you choose to add the result to a quote request.
• Advertising cookies. When our Meta Pixel is switched on and you haven’t opted out, Meta’s code sets cookies and receives the pages you visit, actions such as tapping “Get a quote” or one of our social links, your IP address and browser details. When you send a quote request we may also tell Meta about it from our server, with your phone or email scrambled (hashed) first, so Meta can match it to the ad you saw.
• Technical data. Our website host processes standard technical data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver pages and keep the site secure.

Why we use it

• To reply with a written scope and price, and to do the work you approve.
• To see which of our Facebook and Instagram ads bring in requests, and to show our ads to people likely to need our services.
• To keep the website working and secure.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information for money. When the Meta Pixel is on, the information described above goes to Meta Platforms for advertising. California law (the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA) calls this “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, and you can opt out of it at any time. Our website host processes data on our behalf as a service provider. Otherwise we disclose personal information only when the law requires it.

Your California privacy rights

• Know: ask what personal information we have about you and how we use and share it.
• Delete: ask us to delete it, subject to legal exceptions.
• Correct: ask us to fix information that is wrong.
• Opt out of sale or sharing: stop your information going to Meta for targeted ads.
• Limit use of sensitive information: we don’t ask for sensitive personal information (such as ID numbers or precise location) and don’t use it to infer things about you.
• No discrimination: using these rights won’t change our prices or service.

Opting out of targeted ads

Use “Your privacy choices” below or in the footer of any page. Once you opt out, the Meta Pixel does not load in that browser. We also honour Global Privacy Control: if your browser or extension sends that signal, we treat it as an opt-out automatically.

How to make a request

We don’t have a public email address or phone number yet. For now, send privacy requests through the quote form on our home page: choose “Something else” and write “Privacy request” with what you’d like us to do. The online form is still being connected, so if it says your request wasn’t sent, please try again later. We will add a direct contact here as soon as we have one.

We may ask you to confirm details we already hold so we know the request is yours. You can also have an authorized agent ask for you. We answer within the time California law allows, generally 45 days.

Texts and calls

If you give us a phone number, we use it only to reply to your request and run the job you book. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. We don’t sell mobile numbers, and we never share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Site analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count visits and measure page speed. They don’t use cookies, don’t track you across other sites, and don’t identify you. This isn’t a sale or sharing of personal information.

Maps and embedded content

The service-area map is embedded from Google Maps. When it loads, Google receives your IP address and browser details under Google’s privacy policy. Social links open Google, Yelp, Instagram and Facebook, which have their own policies.

Cost guide, calculators and AI

The cost guide and calculators run in your browser using our published price book and simple arithmetic. The address or ZIP you type there is used only to pick your area’s prices and isn’t sent to us unless you send a quote request. We don’t use artificial intelligence or automated decision-making to decide prices, eligibility or anything else about you; people review every request.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to reply, do the work and keep the business records the law requires, then delete them. Ad campaign tags stored in your browser expire after 90 days. Meta keeps the data it receives under its own policies.

Children

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect, sell or share personal information of anyone under 16.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and its effective date.
